3. User Eligibility and Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

• Access to NTS G.R.O.W services requires an active subscription
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as per your chosen plan
• All payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and fees
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

• AI Tools: Plant identification and crop health assessment (Pro plans)

6. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

• Use the platform only for lawful agricultural purposes
• Provide accurate and truthful information for analysis and recommendations
• Respect intellectual property rights and proprietary information
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise platform security
• Do not share account access with unauthorized users
• Comply with all applicable agricultural and environmental regulations

7. Data and Privacy

• Your farm data remains your property and is protected under our Privacy Policy
• We may use anonymized data for platform improvement and research
• You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for shared data

11. Service Availability and Support

• We strive for 99.9% platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible
• Expert agronomist support is available during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM)
• Emergency support is available for urgent farming decisions
• Response times may vary based on consultation type and availability

12. Termination and Account Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations
• Upon termination, you will lose access to platform features
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
• We may delete your data after the retention period

13. Changes to Terms and Services

• We may update these terms with 30 days' notice
• Material changes will be communicated via email and platform notifications
• Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of new terms
• You may cancel if you disagree with significant changes
